All items default prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change. You can select your currency on top center of our website.
Terms of Payment
All Customers must make payment prior to goods being dispatched, unless credit has been approved. Where credit terms have been agreed, payment must be made in full by the invoice due date.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not been dispatched from one of our suppliers’ warehouses, we will refund your order in full.
Stock Levels and Backorders
All goods are subject to availability at the time an order is placed. If an item is ordered but then found to be out of stock, Demawati.com will advise the buyer as soon as possible and provide them with the option of a full refund or backordering the item (subject to a reasonable ETA). Alternatively, the buyer can select a similar product. The buyer will need to pay for any price differential, or if the item is cheaper, Demawati.com will refund the buyer the difference.
Errors and Omissions
While Demawati.com makes every attempt to ensure the information provided is accurate, we cannot be responsible for any errors in pricing, stock levels, images displayed and product descriptions. If an error is found, we will allow you the option to return the item for a full refund. If there appears to be a major disparity in the price of an item compared to that offered by other retailers, please check with us before placing an order.
The buyer needs to make sure that the goods or services ordered are fit and suitable for the purpose they are required. Demawati.com
does not provide any guarantee or make any representation regarding
fitness or suitability for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
Accordingly, we exclude all liability we might otherwise have to you.
If we are ever held liable to you, our liability is limited to our choice of providing you a refund or replacement. We will not be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss, even if the possibility of such loss has been brought to our attention.
Returns - Non-faulty Items
If you have ordered an incorrect item or have changed your mind, we offer a 60 days return policy from the date of purchase. The product and it’s packaging must be returned in pristine condition (unopened/unused) in order for a refund to be processed. Refunds will be made less any freight charges incurrred by Demawati.com. Returned items may be charged a restocking which will be applied at our suppliers discretion.
Returns - Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately if an item is found to be faulty. Only items which are within their warranty period can be replaced or repaired. Please do not return an item until you have been advised of an RA number and the address to return the item to. Once you have been advised of an RA number, the item must be returned within 60 days. The cost to return an item for replacement/repair is the customer’s responsibility. It is important that you return the item by a trackable means to ensure that it has been safely received by the supplier for repair/replacement.
Please note that an item is not deemed to be faulty if it is found to be incompatible with your equipment. If you are uncertain of compatibility issues, please contact us prior to placing an order.
